A comprehensive Fit Kit designed to help fitters select the correct Pioneer Sports Hoof Boot size. Pioneer Fit Kits include one boot in each size, consisting of the boot shell, sole plate and straps. The kit includes one standard size Rear Captivator that can be used with any of the boots to create an entire boot for fitting purposes. This enables accurate sizing and fitting, including determining the best adjustments for the horse’s conformation and needs.
The Pioneer Sports Fit Kit provides hoof boot fitters an accurate way to assess which boot size will provide the best fit for their clients’ horses. Each fitting boot is a complete boot with the outer shell, sole plate and straps included, and one Rear Captivator per kit is also included. This way the fitter is able to try a complete boot on; evaluating the best size and fit could not be easier. With a complete boot, the fitter and owner can see in real life how the boot settles on the hoof in movement.
Using the Fit Kit ensures fitters can select the correct boot size the first time, which reduces guesswork, and allows accurate evaluation of the fit, wherever the horse is in their trim cycle. Owners get peace of mind, knowing that they will be purchasing boots that fit well, stay on and are comfortable for the horse to wear.

If you’re located in the UK, and your boots don’t fit (when sized by us or an authorised fitter), you can exchange them for the correct size free of charge. Boots must be clean and used for fitting only. Return and replacement shipping is paid by us.
