For retailers:

We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

  • Payment providers, to process payments.
  • Email marketing platforms, to send marketing emails where you have opted in.
  • Analytics and advertising platforms, as described in the Cookies section.
  • Couriers and delivery services, to deliver your orders.
  • Our fulfilment partner who accesses order-related information to pick, pack, and ship orders.
  • Our external accountancy provider, who uses Xero for bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting purposes. Order and transaction data is shared with Xero to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the UK or the EEA.
